ABOUT PATRICK & REBECCA VERBETTEN
Patrick Verbeten is the National Director for Bridges for Peace USA, where he serves to impact the American Church with the message of God’s heart for Israel and the Jewish people as well as to build relationships with the Jewish communities throughout the USA. With over 25 years in ministry and organizational leadership, Patrick has played a pivotal role in training younger generations through discipleship and Biblical teaching as well as directing the operations of Bridges for Peace’s Jerusalem Assistance Center where over 23,000 needy Israelis are provided with food every month. He is passionate about unveiling God’s heart for Israel through team development, organizational leadership, and the Word of God.
He traveled extensively in the USA to bring this message to young adults in the American Church before living in Israel for 10 years where he, along with his wife, Rebecca helped create and direct a one year discipleship and volunteer program for young adults before serving for six years as the Director of Israel Operations. As the National Director for BFP USA, he desires to be a part of God’s plan to reveal His love, plans, and purpose for Israel to the American Church.
Rebecca Verbeten is the Special Projects Coordinator for Bridges for Peace USA, where she has specialized in field engagement as well as next generation outreach. With close to 30 years in ministry including next generation discipleship, preaching, teaching, and Israel advocacy, in Israel and the USA, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in equipping and empowering every generation in the Church to love, bless, and stand with Israel as prescribed in God’s Word.
She is passionate about the entirety of scripture and being used by God to help others discover God’s heart and plan for Israel and the Jewish people. She traveled extensively in the USA to bring this message to young adults in the American Church before living in Israel for 10 years where she, along with her husband, Patrick helped create and direct a one year discipleship and volunteer program for young adults. During this time her love for Israel, the Jewish people, the Bible and the American Church were powerfully deepened. Now she considers it a humbling and holy calling to be back in the United States, once again, shining a spotlight on Israel for the Church.
